🎈 Welcome & Check-In Table: Greet families and hand out wristbands and maps.

🎨 Arts & Crafts Zone: Help little ones with rock painting and coloring.

🧪 Slime Corner: Supervise and guide hands-on fun!

🏰 Bounce House Monitor: Ensure safe play and smiles all around.

🤝 Parent Connection Zone Support: Assist with setup or serving refreshments.

🛍️ Marketplace Helper: Support small business vendors with setup or restocking.

🎁 Toy Drive Table: Collect and organize donations for local children.

🚗 Setup / Teardown Crew: Help with setup before 10 AM or cleanup after 2 PM.

Get the Details

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your shift time, orientation info, and parking details. We’ll also share tips for making the day sensory-friendly and smooth for everyone.

I understand that participation may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries, slips, falls, or other incidents that may occur in connection with event activities.

I hereby release and hold harmless ABA Advantage LLC, its employees, affiliates, event partners, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss that may arise while volunteering, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I understand that I will not receive compensation for my time and that I am not considered an employee of ABA Advantage LLC.
