Participation Agreement: I voluntarily allow my child(ren) to participate in the activities provided at ABA Advantage’s Sensory-Friendly Fall Festival. I understand that these activities include, but are not limited to, sensory-friendly stations, bounce house, interactive stations, and other recreational activities.
Assumption of Risk: I am aware that participation in these activities may involve certain risks, including the potential for minor injuries. I understand and voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of my child(ren).
Liability Waiver: I agree that ABA Advantage LLC, its employees, volunteers, and representatives are not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event. I release ABA Advantage LLC from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in event activities.
Supervision: I understand that I am responsible for supervising my child(ren) at all times during the event and will ensure they follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event staff.
